- General Information will be reviewed and additional information gathered if needed to determine if services will benefit the individual and family
- Director contacts family to discuss services, fees, and schedule a tour
- Download Fee Assistance Application from our web site
- A tour of the Center is conducted and Fee Assistance Application is turned in
- Registration fee paid and enrollment packet is turned in
- Start date for services is provided
